Sailing Croatia Itinerary

Getting to Croatia and other Frequently Asked Questions:

  • The main airports to fly into Croatia are the following: Zagreb (ZAG), Dubrovnik (DBV), Split (SPU) and Zadar (ZAD). These airports are well connected: there are direct flights from the UK: London Heathrow airport (LHR) or from France: Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) for example. So, if you are flying from the United States, you can choose to either fly through France or the UK to get to Croatia.

  • There are a few major marinas along the coast of Croatia. For example, near Zadar, there is the Marina Dalmacija, situated about 15 minutes by taxi from Zadar airport. In the city centre of Split you will find the ACI marina, which is very easy to get to from the airport: only a 35-minute taxi ride from Split airport. The ACI marina in Dubrovnik is also easily reached by cab. The journey will take you about 40 minutes from Dubrovnik airport.
