Come and meet Abby Young, the founder and luxury crewed charter broker of Seaduction Yacht Charters! In 2013, she made a life-changing decision to relocate to the beautiful British Virgin Islands, captivated by its enchanting allure after countless visits. A devoted yoga teacher and avid watersports enthusiast, Abby brought her passion for Paddle Board Yoga to the community, quickly becoming an integral part of the local scene. Soon enough, she found herself sailing the mesmerizing turquoise waters, accompanied by a circle of close friends.
Driven by her love for sailing and a desire to share unforgettable experiences with others, Abby embarked on a new adventure as a luxury crewed charter broker just a year later. Today, as the managing director of Seaduction, she dedicates herself to transforming dreams into reality for people across the globe. With an uncanny knack for curating the perfect yacht experience, Abby effortlessly guides and advises her clients, ensuring every detail is taken care of.

Currently, Abby splits her time between the British Virgin Islands and St Augustine, FL, raising her Caribbean born son and living her salty, sandy dreams!

Mediterranean Charter Consultant
Lesliana Guye-Vuillème originates from Switzerland, where she studied communication and marketing at the University of Applied Science in Zurich.
Her passion for yachting took root in Canada, her mother’s homeland. Indeed, Lesliana's first experience with sailboats took place on Lake Huron, Ontario, where she began sailing with her grandfather.
Further down the road, when presented with an opportunity to join in on a yacht charter holiday on the Aegean Sea - she grabbed it without a doubt in her eyes. Since then, she has completed more than 10’000 NM at sea, earned her RYA Yachtmaster Offshore captain’s license, and recently ventured across the Drake passage to Antarctica.
While her passion for yachting grew, so grew her affinity for international business and intercultural communication. Through her different endeavors, she has had the opportunity to meet a great number of people from many different backgrounds and from around the globe. Up until now, she has gained valuable experience across different trades, which include working as a translator, as a realtor and as a sales manager in the automotive industry. Drawing inspiration from her remarkable great-aunt, an international businesswoman specialized in the purchase of aircrafts, Lesliana is driven by a desire for excellence and continuous pursuit of knowledge in her field.
Now, Lesliana has united her competencies and chosen to be active as a yacht charter broker for Seaduction Yacht Charters.
The European-based Team member of Seaduction is pro-active and always eager to meet new people. Thanks to her knowledge of the Mediterranean waters and her interpersonal skills combined, she contributes to Seaduction’s esteemed clientele satisfaction. She brings them to create long-lasting memories aboard top-quality luxury yachts and thus, creates enduring connections with fellow thalassophiles.
Maya & Jacek Wierzbicki - Charter Consultants
US and European Charter Consultants
Currently based in Tampa, Florida, Maya originally hails from the beautiful country of Lebanon, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. She immigrated to the USA as a teen and learned English as her third language, now her fluent tongue. While settled with her family in Utah, Maya studied philosophy in college and right after landed working as lead client support in a small up and coming real estate tech firm.
Her heart was set on returning to the water, and not being able to return to her roots in Lebanon as a result of its unstable economic state, having never been to the Virgin Islands, Maya took the leap and moved to St. Thomas. She quickly acclimated and landed on a charter yacht pursuing and combining her passions of travel, cooking, and the sea. Her Lebanese hospitality and affinity for fresh ingredients shined and made guests feel happy and right at home.
As she searched for her own “home away from home” Maya met Captain Jacek as they both substituted for mutual friends on a charter catamaran, and they ended up working together as a captain and chef team for five years in the USVI and BVI. They prided themselves in their top quality hospitality, high end cuisine, and lavish cocktails; receiving raving reviews in their charter career.
Maya and Jacek sailed from St. Thomas to Grenada W.I. a handful of times exploring the gems of Caribbean islands in between. During 2020’s COVID lockdown in Grenada they decided they were each other’s home away from home and tied the knot on Grande Anse beach. While on board, Maya wore many hats, as chef, fleet manager, and charter broker. She gained an insurmountable amount of knowledge from all her positions- which rounded her out in the yachting industry.
In late 2021, Jacek and Maya decided to retire from their positions as crew on board, and make the move to land to pursue starting their own businesses and growing their family. They purchased a home in St. Thomas and Maya launched her private chef business, Cooking with Habibi. Giving it her all, the business was a major success in the USVI- she had a flow of VIP clientele that exclusively hired CWH as their private chef.
As she grew her business, so did a little bun in her oven– and there it was– the family that Jacek and Maya had been working towards! After their little joy was born, they made the very hard decision to move back to the mainland to be closer to family, hence landing in Tampa, FL. Meanwhile, Maya worked as a freelance private chef traveling internationally for her VIP clients. Coincidentally, one of those clients purchased a charter catamaran and seeked her out to oversee it.
Since then, Maya has hung up her knives professionally, and with the combined 35 years of expertise that herself and Jacek hold in the marine/yachting industry– they opened VI Charter Consultants. She is so excited to work in conjunction with Seaduction Yacht Charters as a Trilingual Charter Consultant to provide clients with the best yachts, crews, and even better service that surpasses their expectations!
