Theo Maniatakos embarked on his sailing journey in 1992 when he enrolled in the prestigious Offshore Racing School. Over the years, his passion for sailing propelled him to become an accomplished Offshore Sailing Instructor from 2003 to 2008. Theo immersed himself in the world of competitive racing in Greece from 2007 to 2014 before venturing into the realm of yacht charters.

With an impressive repertoire of certifications including RYA Yacht Master Offshore, RYA Marine Radio Short Range, ENAK First Aid, and STCW Basic Safety Training, Theo exemplifies professionalism and expertise. Beyond sailing, he finds fulfillment in various other pursuits such as scuba diving, spearfishing, cycling, Shotokan Karate, and photography. Prior to his seafaring career, Theo thrived as an Architectural Engineer, a testament to his meticulousness and reliability. With his calm demeanor and unwavering professionalism, Theo is the epitome of a captain who will guide your clients on an extraordinary voyage. Fluent in both Greek and English, he ensures seamless communication throughout the journey.

Born in Athens in 1995, Chef Georgios Kolettis embarked on his culinary odyssey in 5-star hotels across Greece. At a young age, his ambition and passion for cooking led him to thrive in dynamic, demanding environments for over eight years. From catering to families as a private chef to dazzling guests on luxury motor yachts, George's culinary prowess knows no bounds. Inspired by the sea and the bountiful Greek produce, he crafts delectable dishes with a modern Greek flair. George has honed his skills through additional cooking seminars that encompass diverse topics such as Chocolate and Art Craft, Superfoods, and Sous Vide cooking. As he eagerly anticipates the summer on board Christal Mio, he is dedicated to delivering an unforgettable gastronomic experience amidst the breathtaking Greek Islands. Deckhand - Panagiotis Kapetanidis

Panagiotis Kapetanidis, a native of Greece, is an ardent sailor and a valuable asset to any team. After completing his Civil Engineering degree at the University of West Attica in 2012, he discovered his passion for sailing as a hobby. While working as a Civil Engineer, Panagiotis participated in numerous regattas and sailing races, cementing his love for the sport. Driven by his desire to become a captain in the future, he embarked on a career in yacht maintenance and base operations. Now, as the deckhand of Christal Mio, Panagiotis combines his previous experiences with his unwavering dedication to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht. Always ready to lend a helping hand, Panagiotis eagerly welcomes guests aboard, aiming to provide an exceptional charter experience in the enchanting Greek islands. Fluent in Greek (his native language) and English, he facilitates seamless communication with the crew and guests alike.
