Captain Konstantinos Perdikaris

Captain Konstantinos Perdikaris was born in Greece in 1993 and brings a wealth of maritime experience to the EXPLORION crew. Holding an advanced open sea sailing license (HYCA 2018), a coastal rescue degree, a pool lifeguard degree, and a river rescue certification, Konstantinos is well-equipped to ensure the safety and security of all guests on board. With his freediving skills reaching depths of up to 8 meters, he has developed a deep connection with the sea.

Konstantinos began his career in the yachting industry in 2015 as a deckhand and swiftly progressed to the role of a skilled skipper. Over the years, he has worked with various charter companies in Greece, gaining extensive experience sailing through the picturesque Aegean, Saronic Gulf, Sporades, and Ionian Seas. His intimate knowledge of these stunning regions allows him to curate unforgettable journeys for guests aboard the EXPLORION.

Outside of sailing, Konstantinos finds joy in a range of activities. He embraces the thrill of hiking and snowboarding, demonstrating his love for both adventure and nature. As a dedicated fitness enthusiast, he engages in CrossFit to maintain his physical well-being. Additionally, Konstantinos is an avid chess player and an avid traveler, always eager to explore new cultures and expand his horizons. Fluent in both English and Greek, he effortlessly connects with guests, ensuring a warm and hospitable environment throughout their voyage.

Chef Athanasiades Isaac

Chef Athanasiades Isaac was born in 1983 and embarked on a culinary journey that has spanned over a decade. Having graduated from culinary school in 2011, Isaac's passion for food is evident in his exceptional skills and dedication to his craft. His remarkable flexibility and friendly nature create an immediate sense of warmth and comfort for all those on board the EXPLORION.

With an impressive culinary background, Isaac has honed his expertise in dynamic, busy, and demanding culinary environments. His experience encompasses prestigious Cretan hotels, luxury Catamarans, and fine-dining restaurants. Isaac's culinary artistry and attention to detail are second to none, ensuring that each dish he creates is a delightful masterpiece. He is committed to providing guests with an extraordinary dining experience that surpasses their expectations.

Isaac eagerly looks forward to the summer season, welcoming guests aboard the EXPLORION and assisting them in creating unforgettable memories against the breathtaking backdrop of the Greek islands. Fluent in both Greek and English, he effortlessly communicates with guests, allowing him to tailor his culinary creations to their preferences and dietary needs.

Deckhand Paris Kairis

Paris Kairis, born in Greece in 1987, is a deckhand whose exceptional organizational and communication skills set the stage for a seamless and enjoyable sailing experience aboard the EXPLORION. With a strong aptitude for critical thinking, Paris consistently ensures that every aspect of the voyage is meticulously planned and executed.

In 2013, Paris made the decision to work on day cruises in Santorini, where he acquired valuable experience in hospitality and customer service. This propelled him to join luxury private yachts as a Steward, further enriching his understanding of the high standards expected in the yachting industry. Additionally, he holds a speedboat driver's license, which enhances his ability to assist guests during water-based activities.

Paris is known for his adaptability and fun-loving nature, guaranteeing guests an unforgettable sailing trip. He finds immense joy in entertaining guests, immersing himself in different cultures, and appreciating the unique personalities he encounters on board. His love for sailing is matched by his passion for travel and professional photography, which allows him to capture and preserve the cherished

moments of each voyage.
