Captain Ryan's affinity for the great outdoors was nurtured from his early years, growing up amidst the idyllic countryside of Ohio. Whether engaging in football, baseball, boating on nearby lakes, or embarking on family fishing trips to the pristine lakes of Canada, he reveled in the bounties of nature. This profound appreciation for the outdoors translates into his vocation as a professional charter captain. Armed with a 100-ton Coast Guard Credential complemented by a sailing endorsement, Ryan has amassed crucial knowledge throughout his four-year tenure as the captain of a sailing catamaran in the Caribbean. Diving holds a special place in his heart, as he is a certified PADI dive instructor with an impressive record of over 400 dives. Additionally, Ryan's mixology prowess is renowned, having secured the prestigious title of Best Cocktail at the Fall VICL Yacht Show for two consecutive years.

Chef Dani infuses her adventurous spirit into every aspect of her craft, inspiring those around her with her boundless enthusiasm. Also hailing from Ohio, her upbringing was marked by an active lifestyle, indulging in activities such as softball, golfing, fishing, and, above all, reveling in the water's embrace. Her inaugural journey to the Virgin Islands at the age of 17 kindled a realization that one day she would trade the tranquil ponds and lakes for the vast ocean. In 2012, she transformed this dream into reality and has since immersed herself in the vibrant Caribbean culture. For the past four years, she has honed her culinary skills as the esteemed chef aboard a charter catamaran, delighting guests with an array of mouthwatering cuisines. Dani's culinary prowess is fortified by professional training, including a Certificate in Culinary Arts from Ashburton Chefs Academy, a CTH Level 2 Award in Culinary Skills, and an HABC Level 2 Award in Food Safety. Furthermore, she has enriched her expertise by attending classes at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. Dani's unwavering passion for food continually inspires her to craft new and innovative dishes, leading her to secure the second place in the dessert category at the esteemed annual VIPCA Yacht Show. With meticulous attention to detail and a remarkable sense of humor, Dani ensures that her guests are both well-fed and entertained. She embraces any challenge to create exciting and delectable meals tailored to her guests' preferences and desires.
