Riley's childhood was shaped by the coastal beauty of Nova Scotia, where the Atlantic Ocean became his playground. Embracing an outdoor lifestyle, he developed a deep appreciation for life on the water from an early age.
Having graduated from university, Riley pursued his passion further by obtaining his 200-ton Captain's license. For the past six years, he has thrived as a captain, successfully leading over 70 charters. His sailing adventures have taken him across the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, South Africa, the Atlantic, and the coasts of England and Ireland. With extensive experience in various sailing yachts, high-performance racing yachts, large motor yachts, and sailing super yachts, Riley prioritizes your safety and ensures an unforgettable journey onboard.
CHEF HELEN MARTINEZ
Helen's culinary journey began in her grandmother's kitchen, surrounded by her family's rich culinary heritage near Los Angeles. At a young age, she honed her skills in butchery, organic gardening, and the ancestral cooking of the American Southwest. Family vacations provided opportunities for camping, boating, and deep-sea fishing in Baja California, where she skillfully caught and prepared fresh seafood for large gatherings of loved ones.
In 2007, Helen graduated from Le Cordon Bleu French Cooking School, refining her craft as a Chef at Passages Malibu Treatment Center and as the personal chef to top NFL players at their training institute in Irvine, CA.
Her culinary expertise has catered to a wide array of high-profile clients with discerning palates, from private estates and corporations to exclusive clubs. Notably, Helen served as the Executive Chef at the prestigious Los Angeles International Airport Private Lounges, overseeing Delta Club, Virgin Atlantic First Class, and the award-winning Star Alliance Lounge, which was named "Sky Trax lounge of the year." Additionally, she held the position of Executive Chef at the American Express Centurion Lounge at Miami International Airport, where she collaborated with celebrity chef Michelle Bernstein.
Combining her passion for cooking with her love for the sea, Helen transitioned into the world of professional Yacht Chef. She has traversed the globe, working on numerous yachts, drawing inspiration from thrilling adventures, diverse guests, stunning locales, and unique culinary discoveries. Her dedication to her craft is evident through the numerous glowing reviews left by satisfied guests time and time again.

Hailing from Quebec City, Florence has dedicated the past 12 years of her life to the hospitality industry. Growing up, she cherished moments spent onboard her grandfather's yacht, fostering a deep connection with the water. This ultimately led her to embark on a career in the yachting industry. Throughout her journey, she has worked as a stewardess on various motor and sailing yachts. Florence's expertise extends to being the dive master onboard, with diving experiences in captivating locations such as Indonesia, Central America, and the Caribbean. Her infectious love for the water is sure to make a splash! With genuine enthusiasm, she eagerly awaits the opportunity to welcome you aboard and create unforgettable memories together.
