Captain

Shero’s captain, Turgut Taşlı, 33 years old, is highly motivated and passionate about his job. Both his crew and the guests he has the pleasure to welcome on board greatly benefit from his professionalism and dedication to his position. Growing up, the sea was his backyard. Swimming, fishing and diving were all part of his daily activities. His love for the sea brought him to pursue a career in that direction. The captain of Shero has now spent more than 15 years gathering experience on various types of yachts ranging from 24m to 60m. He has navigated, among others, the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, the Aden Golf, the Indian Ocean, the Persian Sea and the Arabian Sea, thus gathering extensive experience. He and his crew are looking forward to welcoming you aboard Shero!

Chef

Shero’s Chef, Ayşegül, will be welcoming you aboard and offering a variety of tasty dishes. She is highly motivated by her position and constantly seeking to sharpen her skills and evolve professionally. Ayşegül is confident in her ability to come up with new varied and tasty meals matching the guest’s requests. She is passionate about combining new flavors and textures and always uses local produce when possible.

She is happy to adapt to requests and can cook a variety of culinary dishes or cook according to diets such as raw food, paleo, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free or kosher. She can also cook different kind of cuisines at your request: Middle Eastern, French, Mexican, American, Indian, and Mediterranean.

Stewardess

Shero’s Stewardess, 24 years old is an active and joyful person. She has strong communication skills and is a hard worker. She is open to innovative ways and is happy to be challenged by new situations. She also enjoys helping out on deck when requested to. She enjoys life at sea: “Spending time at sea brings me happiness and I enjoy working in that environment”. Shero’s stewardess is always open to new experiences and eager to learn. She values every moment spent in the yachting industry and continuously strives to be a valuable member of the team.

Deckhand

Shero’s deckhand has already 6 years of experience in the yachting industry. He has worked both on private and charter yachts in both Europe and Turkey. He has gained plenty of experience working on different type of yachts and driving tenders of all sizes, took part is day and night watches, was responsible for washdowns and general deck duties. He is a highly disciplined individual, punctual and very dedicated to his job.
