He has honed his skills at top gastronomic restaurants and spent the past two seasons refining his culinary talents aboard yachts. As a chef, Vasilis prides himself on his attentiveness to guests' needs and constantly seeks to delight them with his culinary creations. His preferred style revolves around fusion cuisine, combining fresh local produce with innovative cooking techniques to deliver a unique and unforgettable dining experience.
